Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of all mobile applications published by Sudohnim ("we", "our", or "us"). By downloading or using any of our apps, you agree to these Terms.

1. Our Apps

These Terms apply to all apps published by Sudohnim, including:

Stance Lab — a drill training app for wrestlers (iOS and Android)

dequeue — a task-management ("to-do") app with cross-device sync (coming soon)

As we publish additional apps, they will be listed here and covered by these Terms. App-specific terms, where they differ, are noted in Section 4.

2. Use of Our Apps

Our apps are for personal, non-commercial use only. By using them you agree not to:

Reverse engineer, decompile, or modify any of our apps.
Use any app in a way that violates applicable laws or regulations.
Attempt to circumvent purchase verification, entitlement checks, or any access controls.

3. In-App Purchases

Some of our apps offer in-app purchases to unlock additional features. All purchases are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play — we do not handle payment information directly.

Restore purchases — purchases are tied to your App Store or Google Play account and can be restored on any device signed into that account using the "Restore Purchase" option within the app.
Refunds — refund requests are handled by Apple or Google per their respective policies. We do not process refunds directly.

4. App-Specific Terms

Stance Lab

Purchase type — Stance Lab Pro is a one-time lifetime purchase. You are charged once and will not be billed again.

What's included — Hard difficulty, 5-minute drills, full moveset, Smart Chain mode, and Rounds timer.

Charitable contribution — a portion of Stance Lab Pro proceeds is donated to Wrestle Like a Girl, a nonprofit supporting women in wrestling. This is made at our discretion and does not affect your purchase price or entitlements.

Physical activity — Stance Lab involves physical drill training. Use the app and follow all drill cues at your own risk. We are not liable for any physical injury resulting from training activities.

dequeue

Account — dequeue requires a Google account to sign in. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping access to your Google account secure.

Your content — you retain ownership of the tasks and lists you create. You grant us the limited rights needed to store, sync, and display that content across your devices. You must not use dequeue to store or share unlawful material.

Purchases — dequeue offers in-app purchases processed through RevenueCat and the Apple App Store or Google Play. Purchase type and pricing are shown in the app before you buy.

Service availability — dequeue relies on cloud sync. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service, and are not liable for sync delays or data loss outside our reasonable control. Keep your own backups of critical information.

5. Intellectual Property

All content we provide across our apps — including names, designs, drill logic, copy, and code — is owned by Sudohnim. Content you create in an app, such as your tasks and lists in dequeue, remains yours. Nothing in these Terms grants you any rights to our intellectual property beyond the right to use our apps as described herein.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our apps are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee they will be error-free, uninterrupted, or fit for any particular purpose.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sudohnim is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our apps.

8. Changes to Our Apps or These Terms

We may update these Terms or modify our apps' features at any time. The "last updated" date above will reflect any changes. Continued use of our apps constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

We reserve the right to discontinue any app at any time. Purchased entitlements remain accessible as long as the app is available on your device.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
